How I take care of myself

Happy Valentine's Day! Some people I know dread this day, but I love it and one of the main reasons has nothing to do with love. January is such a dull month, especially since it is right after the sparkle of the holidays so it is nice to have something to decorate for and celebrate. :) So, wishing you all a happy day whether its spent with your sweetie, children, or a Galentines Day out, believe me, I've had many of those days and they are some favorite memories. Moving on to How We Wednesdays and today's topic of How do I take care of myself.  This is a great topic and I'm looking forward to reading everyone else's tips. For me, how I take care of myself is focusing on eating well and exercising at least five days a week because my health has dictated changes in my life.
